Tony Buzan is the originator of Mind Maps and the concept of mental literacy, and the world's leading author on the brain and learning.
He is the author of more than 98 books and the co-author of a highly-acclaimed series of study guides with sales totalling 6 million (and accelerating!). Buzan's books and other products have achieved massive success in more than 150 countries and 30 languages, generating revenues in excess of £200 million.
The BBC books Use Your Head, Use Your Memory and Speed Reading have become classics and have been translated into more than 30 languages. Mr Buzan's other landmark books include The Mind Map Book: Radiant Thinking and Head First: Your're Smarter Than You Think. His book, Head Strong, examines the mind-body connection and explores the many ways in which each component influences the other. The book's preface is written by five-time Olympic gold medallist Sir Stephen Redgrave, one of the foremost practitioners of mind-body synergy in our time.
Mr Buzan has presented or been featured in documentaries as well as on many television and radio talk shows.
